Not a great experience. We booked through an internet site( not the hotel's) and perhaps that explains why the room was cramped, facing the back and without any air conditioning.A tower fan was in the room which was fairly ineffectual.The lighting was pretty poor.The bathroom looked out into a dingy shaft. We spent excellent vacation on Avenida Apartments!!!!!. The room very clean with a very good kitchen, bathroom, etc.....very nice personal from reception and a lot of fun around. Hotel located on the hills surrounding Donostia San Sebastian with a great view on the bay of the city. +/- 500m from the beach (they say 200m) easy to be reached by foot.
