Pension Aldamar is located on the board of Old Town and one block from the bridge and the beaches. An outstanding location. The Pension is quaint and clean. Totally adequate. We paid 70euro per night. The staff were so helpful and sweet. Highly recommend for a budget hotel. More

I thought I would choose a hotel in the old part of San Sebastian as it's all pedestrianised. Unfortunately this hotel is just on the border of the pedestrianised area and it has a motorbike station right under its front windows. The traffic noise is unbearable. Shame as the pension itself is rather nice and conveniently located. More

The Pension was in a very busy location, and there was a lot of traffic on the street in front. The room itself was a reasonable size (for a European Pension). The place was quite clean, the bathroom was small and a bit sour smelling. More

Just back from a fantastic break in San Sebastian. The best thing about the Aldamar is the location. Its just beside the old town and very near the beaches, the centre of town and the kursaal.
