We stayed at this small luxury hotels of the world hotel in April and found it stunning and as advertised.The room was fantastic and the service exemplary. Outstanding villa with first class suites and first class service. Need I say more? A good walk to the city and the old town....about 20 minutes....bus service excellent if you don't want to walk.....definitely a class villa...

Beautiful old Villa right in the heart of San Sebastian, Arzak a stroll away, rooms ooze luxury, staff is incredible, breakfast excellent, make sure you get a room in the main building, the new building in the back doesn't even come close. State here for one night in San Sebastian Spain, clean, similar to lots of b and b 's in the US. Breakfast was ok, not great. Overall a bit underwhelming but just depends on your expectations. Staff was wonderful though and very helpful.
