This hotel is not as described and the pictures on Jet 2 site are not what you find, the description of 3 bars also sounds good, again mis-leading, the poolside bar is the restaurant the lobby bar is called hits and it is nothing like the pictures and the cocktail bar they call the chill out area is open air and you have to pay for your drinks even on all inclusive but you get 50% off and as for the picture from jet 2, it is nothing like the actual area. the buffet food was very poor indeed, Breakfast was ok ish, Lunch choice poor a pasta dish chips baby potatoes, rice, suasage in sauce(from B/fast) omelette style bake and maybe a veg lasagna. salad bar no meats and poorest salad bar I have seen in spain. Dinner was almost Identical fish, chicken, beef stew, rice, pasta, potatoes and a mixed veg, again the same poor salad bar. this was the same daily just the odd change of meats. My dinners on some nights consisted of black olives, balsamic viniger and olive oil with some rolls to dip also red wine. This resort is not worth a visit. As for the entertainment it was poor, the young guy Siri did his best and was a nice guy but it was Karaoke, very poor bingo and 2 quizzes, so if you are think ing of booking this place think again it is not good. The rooms are ok but old and the hot water runs out even with just 2 in the apartment, One good point is you have 2 rooms, a twin and a double but that is it. I tried to speak with the manager and arranged to see him at 10am no show. we were even refused drinkds at 10.45pm one night but this was sorted by the desk staff by the next day. But the main point here is that this Hotel is not what jet 2 advertise it is very poor.…

•Dirty •unhelpful •Damp sheets •Horrible food •unsafe •Cold •untrust worthy. So much more but they don't give you enough letters to write up all of it. Please don't waste your money and time on this place.

We arrived at about 12 lunch time, we were given our room keys and went and put our cases in the villa. The villas had a double room, a room with 2 single beds. A kitchen and a large bathroom. They were all very clean. Cleaners come in every day unless you put a card on your door. The food although very repetitive is cooked well and always hot. The staff are very friendly and Marco on reception is very helpful. We have Nani who is the ‘entertainment ‘ and he is a great laugh. The only downside is the life guard and his constant whistling at every little thing!😡He needs to stick his whistle where the sun don’t shine!!

on arrival helpful staff booked us in quickly and efficiently despite a small hic-up with the booking. We had a super villa overlooking the sea.The villa spotlessly clean , roomy with a really great bed. The food during our stay was good and varied . The staff constantly helpful and friendly. great peaceful holiday just need to go a diet now!

Pool cleanliness! Says it all. Rough place. Need I say more. Should be shut down by health and safety. Food freezing. Poor quality, no variety. Not good at customer Service. Garden beautiful. Only nice thing here. Still waiting to have air conditioning fixed although they have NOW replaced the microwave.

We had rented a Coral Deluxe 3 bedroom villa for the week through Secret Escapes and it was everything it said it would be in its own grounds with a small pool and all the amenities you would want inside including great free wifi and heating, which is unusual for a lot of Villas on the canaries. We did not explore the resort much as the Villas are slightly away from the main hotel but what we did use was efficient and friendly. We would go back as it is really peaceful and the Villas are well looked after. A car though in our opinion is a must as the resort is about 1 -1 1/2 hour walk from the centre of Playa de Blance and it is a bit isolated and needs the two vacant lots between it and the end of the Playa promenade to be developed and the promenade extended to join them all up. With a car though it is great and would recommend it and while it is on the southern tip of the island Lanzarote is not big and you can be at the northern tip in an hour so where you are does not really matter.…

Even though we were booked into the villas across the road number 4, we were treated with all the help and courtesy that you would get with the resort. We were greeted by friendly helpful staff at reception, followed by a visit from Christiaan Van Manen who was one of the managers on the site. He was on call 24/7 if required and most polite and helpful. The accommodation was spotless and the design superb this really made our holiday so perfect and relaxing. Talking of relaxing, we were invited to the Chill Out Bar which is in the complex, this does what it says on the tin, we were able to kick off our shoes put our feet up on their purpose built relaxing arm chairs and seat, you were even provided with a rug to put over you whilst drinking and listening to the sea. One of the etertainers was Dave Bandaner very entertaining and a must to see, both Christiaan and the barman were more than prepared to assist and make the evenings special, the main thing l noticed is that they both and the rest of the staff were happy in their work which made everything most enjoyable. Thank you all, we will be back Sue & Dave in number 4 Villa.…

This was our first visit to Coral Beach and our first experience of an all inclusive holiday. We were welcomed by two very friendly and efficient receptionists who made checking in very easy. Our villa was clean and comfortable and had a beautiful sea view. The cleaners came in every day to clean and provided fresh towels daily. There was a lovely swimming pool and a child's pool, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. the restaurant was clean and tidy and the food was really good with plenty of choice, varying daily. The local beer was very tasty and there was wine, spirits and soft drinks available. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Juan, the entertainment organiser was cheerful and friendly and worked tirelessly to provide entertainment for adults and children throughout the day and evening. There was a chill out zone just round the corner from our villa which had a panoramic view of the sea and you could sit and watch the beautiful Lanzarote sunset while sipping a lovely cocktail and listening to soft Spanish music. Drinks here were not included in the all inclusive deal but were well worth paying extra for. All in all we had an amazing holiday and will definitely be returning to Coral Beach.…
