The apartment is clean and very well equipped. It is very well located and near to public services and restaurants. The reception has been very friendly and helpful in all aspects. It is an ideal place for travelers who travel light but the lift is probably to small to accommodate family especially if allocated to higher levels of the apartment.

The apartment was exactly as we saw it on the web, nice modern decor, clean, comfortable beds, pillows and duvets. Overall a fab experience. Would definetly stay again. Change of towels was the only glitch, as there was a charge of extra 10 euros for more towels on the next day.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Fantastic apartment with lovely decor. Good location next to Metro in a nice neighbourhood. Staff were friendly & helpful. Free wifi & facilities such as washing machine, dish washer, microwave, cooker. Only 1 issue, the shower wasn't great stopped & started. Also could have done with more mirrors to get ready.

We went in April of 2013 on our kid's Spring break. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was great except the beds are uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattresses. It has good access to both the airport (23 euros from the airport by taxi) via Gran Via and also to the neural center of the city by bus, metro or taxi.
