The hotel was comfortable and well located.We had a great 4 nights stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast is ordinary. Waking distance to Las Ramblas and restaurants.

Beautiful & classy hotel. Check out the Beatles Suite. Awesome memorabilia. Location is 15 minute walk to Las Ramblas and close to great restaurants and shopping. Across the street from Fargo restaurant and a 15 minute walk to a Ho Ho bus.

This is an older European Hotel with a lot of character. It is old style in that they have keys, not cards. The room was not spacious but adequate. Great location from which you can walk to everything but service was abrupt upon arrival and never got any better. The lobby is small and a bit tacky. breakfast is disappointing...very little fresh fruit. the wifi set up is very convoluted . However our junior suite was nice and the bathroom was huge and very nice.

As always shown the worst room in the hotel was offered on arrival, granted quite early at 11AM. By 2PM the second worst room in the hotel was available and accepted. Although the view was of rooftop Hitachi and Carrier air conditioning condensers, it floor was high enough to admit light. The air conditioning in the room did not work.... More
