Beautiful, clean and silent room with very spacious and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with very accommodating restaurant staff. The Wifi performed OK.
The location of the hotel is excellent near the Plaza d'Espanya which is a convenient to take public transport or the tourist bus.
One woman at the reception desk was not friendly and seemed not be interested in dealing...

Stayed here for 3 nights - took Aerobus from airport and it's a short walk to the hotel. Clean, large rooms and staff very polite and helpful. We were going to concert at the Olympic Stadium and it was easily walkable. We also walked into Las Ramblas from here. I would definitely recommend this hotel it's well situated and we...

I stayed at the Fira Palace for two days at the start of May 2012 whilst in Barcelona on business. The location is pretty good with many local eateries nearby, although the majority of the traditional tourist destinations such as La Rambla and the Picasso Museum are a 25+ minute brisk walk. However the public transport in Barcelona is pretty...

The staff was...

I read some reviews saying there were bed bugs and was slightly worried but I can definitely say there was no reason to worry. The room was spotless and we found...

Beautiful Hotel, Very Clean. Staff very friendly & Helpful.
About 30 min walk to La Rambla. 10 mins by Metro which is only around corner.
Food Menu looked very expensive, so we ate out at nearby restaraunts.
Huge Shopping Complex (Arenas) 10 min walk away.
Overall, would recommend this Hotel.

We chose the Fira Palace over hotels in the Gothic Quarter area and were very pleased with our decision. It was close to the Bus Turistic (hop on/hop off bus) and there were many restaurants in the area. It's possible to walk to the Gothic Quarter but understand that it's not "around the corner." We were glad to get away...

We took the Aerobus from Barcelona airport and exited at the first stop which was Placa Espania. From there, it was a 5 minute walk to the hotel. We appreciated the cab driver who pointed this out to us. Our room was very large with both a sitting area and a desk area. Internet was good in the room and...
