The room was a good sized one and bathroom was very clean.Nearby to a very nice shopping mall with good restaurants in the basement and a supermarket. I would suggest to use the Maria Cristina station in L3 line as it seems closer to the hotel.Easier access to the city centre.Also there were few restaurants outside on the back side... More

Huge lines at check-in need to be better managed and NH needs to switch to free wifi, or bill to room wifi, rather than having guests upload credit card details every 24 hours to Swisscom. The bathroom had hair all over the floor when we checked in. I took a photo of it and will try to upload it. The room was stuffy and the air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel is clean, well staffed and has all the modern conveniences. The front desk staff is not exactly welcoming, but efficient. The domestic staff and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. If you like to shop, you couldn't be in a better place. A HUGE mall is across the square and a BIG Cortes Ingles is down the street.... More

Stayed two nights for business, with meetings 5 minutes walk away. This hotel is basically ok: clean, decent sized rooms, polite staff.
