After two different stays at this hotel in May 2012, I can certify that the staff is one of the best and most helpful I have ever seen in my European travels. The hotel areas and rooms were very clean and high-tech. The in-room laptop was a great touch with free internet access (including wifi). Very highly recommend this one. More
