This is my second time at Hotel Opera and I was very pleased: excellent location, very courteous staff, good breakfast, clean and quiet. The hotel is close enough to walk to most major sites: Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol, Gran Via, lots of shopping and restaurants. The transfer to the airport was good. Definitely recommended.

Very Good location, cleanliness, service average, good transfer to airport. I had a nice hot chocolate for breakfast but I didn't have lunch or dinner @restaurante but looks good... Many options around there...

A really nice, friendly hotel in the heart of Madrid. Centrally located a few metres from bus stops and metro station. Within easy walking distance of Royal Palaces (5mins), Prado (15mins), Principe Pio shopping centre (15mins) and many parks. Service good and very friendly. Rooms clean and well looked after. All staff were extremely helpful.

I stayed in this hotel with my couple and it was fantastic! Very well located (just in the centre!) and very helpfull staff, specially Luis Miguel who knew quite well what was going on in the city! I´d definitely stay again if I come back to Madrid.
