Stayed here recently. Paid over €100 per night for a tired old hotel room that smelt of urine. Moved to another room that also smelt bad....think it was the aircon! Hotel on a quiet street 4 stops on the metro to Gran Via station. Only decent thing was nice breakfast and free minibar included in rate. Took the contents home! More

I would agree with the claim of being a business class hotel except for two very important items. The rooms do not have irons and there are no irons at the front desk to even borrow! Also, the 'free' internet connection applies only to the lobby so I'd have to haul my laptop down to the lobby anytime I wanted... More

I stayed here as part of a group tour. I had a single room, which as far as European hotel goes was a normal size. I only slept and showered here so didn't need much room.
