I was on a business trip so stayed here just one night. I was VERY impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room and bathroom were equipt with just about everything a heart could desire the only exception being no tea or coffee facility and a trouser press would have been nice. I thought the optional breakfast expensive at... More

Stayed here recently. Paid over €100 per night for a tired old hotel room that smelt of urine. Moved to another room that also smelt bad....think it was the aircon! Hotel on a quiet street 4 stops on the metro to Gran Via station. Only decent thing was nice breakfast and free minibar included in rate. Took the contents home! More

I would agree with the claim of being a business class hotel except for two very important items. The rooms do not have irons and there are no irons at the front desk to even borrow! Also, the 'free' internet connection applies only to the lobby so I'd have to haul my laptop down to the lobby anytime I wanted... More

Definitely, not a 3* hotel. Was surprised by how bad an NH hotel can be. - If you unlucky, you need to go for breakfast to another building. It’s getting funny when raining outside. - No iron available in the whole hotel. Just laundry service. - Leaking tubes in the bathroom. - No soap/shampoo refreshments after room clean-up. - Sound... I had a late arrival and it was strange when I came to reception, made check in but after that I was sent to another door. It is a hotel in two separate buildings and It is not funny when you have to go to breakfast if you don't have an umbrella.... Room is small, furniture old, bathroom even older.... More

I stayed here as part of a group tour. I had a single room, which as far as European hotel goes was a normal size. I only slept and showered here so didn't need much room. If you were going to do business, it might be a tight squeeze. Also, request a room away from the elevators...they are very loud.... More

I chose to stay at this hotel because I needed to access the suburb trains (Cercanias), but also wanted to be able to get to the airport and to the center conveniently. It's a short 10 minute walk from Nuevos Ministerios metro (where I caught the airport and suburb lines), and a 5 minute walk to the metro line that... More

I'm tired of business hotels like this one... Small room, worn bathroom with mould in the shower and hair (not mine!) on the floor and in the sink, 2 tiny single beds pushed together with horribly old and scratchy woolen blankets, armchairs you dont want to sit in for fear you'll catch something. Ok, so I'm probably making it sound... More

I ended up in this hotel as a result of blind bidding on Priceline. I paid $68 per night, taxes included, for a double. The hotel is about 150 yards from the Gregorio Maranon metro station. That metro station is 5 stops from Sol, with one transfer. The hotel is also about 400 yards from the outstanding Sorolla museum. I... More

I stayed twice during November, >Room just ok but make sure thta you reserve a double room for single use rather than a single one because this last one really small. Good restaurant choice around the hotel. Staff professional but not really friendly. I would choose NH Abascal or NH Prisma which are in the same area but with better... More
