Chech in took 1/2 hour for no good reason. Room key did not work. Bed was twin not double as booked. Noisy due to adjacent park and delivery trucks all night. Rooms were clean but beds on steel legs w no box spring. Manager was a real knucklehead. Avoid this hotel like the plague. More

Clearly an old hotel that has been bought out by a large hotel franchise. And yes we found our way here due to it being an Iberia "dumping ground". After Iberia stopped flying to our home town, (no one bothered to notify us of this) we were put up here. The rooms are old and decrepit, the beds uncomfortable and... More

Do not stay in this place! We were robbed in the lobby while we were checking in. The staff didn't even bat an eye. They called the police, but big deal. There was a couple that had also been robbed earlier! They know about the pick-pockets, etc, but don't even have a security guard. We lost all of our photos,... More

After waiting for 50 minutes for the complimentary shuttle (not to mention having to call twice for the service) and the journey only taking less than ten minutes we arrived at the hotel. Do not be deceived this is not a four star hotel but at the lower end of a three star graded hotel. The hotel is also going... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel prior to catching a flight to Miami the next day. The room was ok but the floors were "wood" and every sound from the rooms above were amplified in our room, we got very little sleep. We went to the lobby cafe for breakfast (which we discovered later was not owned by... More

Feeling satisfied that Iberian Airways had dealt with our missed flight in a helpful way was short lived. This hotel is in the middle of a graffiti laden housing estate. On arrival it looks deceptive with shiny marble floors and a multitude of restaurants. We were given vouchers for dinner and breakfast and were excited at the prospect of choosing... More

Very close to the airport. It is very good for an overnight stay. Free shuttle bus, picked us up in 10 minutes after calling them. Hotel breakfast was very good and rooms were huge, luxurious with balconies. I didn’t like the fact that the hotel was so huge and with so many guests. Also the hotel is being renovated at... More

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night transiting to another destination. Reasons of choice were that it is modern/comfortable hotel at a reasonable price (50 €/night no breakfast). Hotel is very pleasant and had restaurant, bar, snack bar. There is a playground on the backstreet. It is located in a suburban middle class area of Madrid so nothing to do... More
