The hotel is located only 400m from Santiago Bernabéu stadium ! so no worries for metro with "Santiago Bernabéu" stop or "Nuevos Ministerios" stop, the later reachable directly from the airport, line 8. For dinner, and night activities, it's not the best spot in town, but you will still have some choice of tapas and bars, in case you feel... More

The hotel is a classical Holiday Inn, no surpises no dissapointment. The family room was quite small but offered sufficient space for three nights. The location is good, close to Estadio Bernabeu (Metro) and Nuevos Ministerios (Cercanias). The beakfast offers everything you need with high quality food. The romms and the building itself need some refurbishment the same appies for... More

I last stayed here around 9 years ago and it hasnt changed too much. It is covenient for the metro with the Santiago Bernabeu station just 5 minutes walk away but if you are feeling more energetic there is a nice flat walk along Paseo de Castellana into the centre. On this walk you pass a number of squares with... More

It was my second stay at this hotel. This time it was on business purposes. The price is correct, the cleanliness, the endowments, the service, everything seems to be where it supposed to be from shower gel to staff attitude. I have no complaints, it's just that it doesn't give you that homy feeling you could get even in some... More

Good hotel for a quick trip in and out of Madrid, but the place on the outside gives a bad impression. It is not upkept and it is a ways from the main street so you actually can miss it. The surrounding area isn't bad but not attractive. The rooms are okay. The staff is friendly and accommodating though. More

The room was what one would expect from a Holiday Inn, clean and smart, with all the conveniences you would wish. However the walls seem to be very thin so we could here people in the adjacent room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was available and the breakfast was excellent. More

I never saw an hotel wit such awkward entrance: narrow, four steps or a slippy inclined path and a very modest sign. Actually at least one taxi driver didn't know how to reach it. Once inside its the typical Holiday Inn - not more but also not less More

I have stayed here many times as our Spanish office is up the road. The staff are always lovely and friendly and welcome you to the hotel. However as business traveller, one of the most important factors is a good nights sleep. I have never had one here, this time I could hear the man moving around his room next... More

I mostly liked the rich breakfast. The hotel is located in a less touristic area, but it's just 3 minutes walk from Metro line 10. They recently added wireless internet and my room had poor signal so I could not connect. Staff was very helpful as they tried to move the access point closer and when this didn't prove to... More
