Which is middle range Spanish hotel chain standard. Decent location between Colon and Gran Via. Needs modernisation and better staff training. That moody expression instead of saying hello or goodbye is waning now.

I chose this hotel on a price v's location basis and was surprised by how close to the centre it actually was; a pleasant 15/20 minute stroll to Gran Via. Room was fairly basic but clean and a nice size for two people. We never took advantage of any of the facilities on offer so I cannot comment on those.... More

Chosen for it's proximity to friends we were visiting and also near the metro station. Hotel was very quiet, probably the season. Room was a bit dark and dreary but the bed was fine. Room rate was excellent considering.
