Excellent price-quality ratio. Not too far from the metro (from which you can reach anything in Madrid). Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Quiet and lovely neighborhood. Especially recommended for business trips, but if you used to walking and don't mind using the metro, it is great for sight-seeing also!
