Just returned from a wonderful trip to Madrid - all enhanced by the fantastic experience at this hotel. With the first class welcome, Champagne on arrival and lovely terrace room, the staff made us feel so comfortable we wish we could have stayed longer. Clean and welcoming. This hotel is just off the gran via by the station. The room was nice and clean as were all of the public areas. The bar is small and quite pricey, but the hotel is perfect as a base for exploring Madrid. Had there been a 3.5 (good) option I would have given it that.
