Had a wonderful 2 night stay in this hotel, good location close to the Gran Via but quiet. Clean, well maintained and the staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. We would stay here again in a heart beat and may do if we're ever back in Madrid. Highly recommend!

Very well located, just a few steps from Gran Via. Spacious rooms and fair breakfast. The staff was usually friendly. Didn't appreciate that, despite the "Do not disturb" sign, services called the room wondering if we wanted the room to be cleaned (probably some housekeeping stress...)
