Stayed here mainly due to its location, it's close to the main areas we wanted to visit (museums, Sol square, restaurants etc).

Just returned from golf break in Madrid and have stayed here twice. love the location close to all the hot spots and tourist attractions. Hotel is clean but rooms are dark. Excellent breakfast and service very friendly. One downside is no bar, however there are many on the doorstep

I stayed in this hotel for business in November 2011. The reception is ok. Lunch was excellent. Meeting rooms a bit dark, but decent. Could do with some more regular service of water and coffee. Rooms are also dark, but have a nice layout and design. Bathroom is too dark with the brown wash basins and dark tile.
