“excellent location but rooms were average”

excellent location of the hotel with great connectivity to different parts of madrid and sol. rooms were downside! pretty average with no intenet connection! staff was always busy but helpful, front desk friendly and informative! overall good hotel location to stay but average rooms and bathrooms

Vincci centrum is a very good located hotel! 5minutes by foot from Sol. The metro station is about 50metre! Staff was just fine. Room is very clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom! Very nice, cozy and clean rooms. Best location. The only thing is... I wish you could get WiFi in the room. Complementary wifi only available in the lobby. The price we paid is so worth staying here also! If you're debating whether you should stay here... YES!

“Vincci hotel Madrid Centrum”

My husband and I agree. This hotel was wonderful. Great location. Fabulous staff. Would not stay anywhere else in Madrid! We spent 7 nights. Don't know which was better- the room or the staff. Can't say that about may places we have stayed.

I gave this 3 stars because I place great importance on wifi Internet at a hotel. In 2013, modern hotels must have high speed wifi available in its rooms.
