Stayed 3 nights recently. Hotel is in a great location. 5 minute walk from train station which is great with suit cases. Hop On/Off bus stops only 2 minutes from hotel. Easy early check-in. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. There are a few stairs to get to the elevators...maybe 5. Free wi-fi from their lounge area, but not in rooms. No biggie! More

We stayed here for four days and were very pleased. Our room was decorated with a very modern theme and the lighting throughout was nice. Large bathroom with everything you need..ie hairdryer. “Front Desk Staff”

This hotel is horrible, the management does not care about its patrons. Their rooms smell, the front desk staff was rude to my wife, and they really can ruin your trip if you have an issue with something that they don't care to help you with. Staying here for a long weekend was a great choice. Excellent location for seeing Madrid and for the Gay area of Chueca. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We were only in Madrid for a single night, but our flight arrived early in the morning.
