Perfect for our visit. Travelling to see our son who lives near to this hotel and is studying at the university. Very welcoming staff, rooms adequate in size but clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast but they could offer evening meals too. Access to city centre will be much improved by the opening of the tramvia early next year.
