I've stayed here twice, and was happy both times. The rooms are sizeable, from a European perspective, and clean. The all marble floors add a nice touch. A night in Pamplona was a last minute decision, taken during a motoring holiday which had taken us through France with our final destination being San Sebastian. Our guide book told us that the Hotel Occidental Europa was "expensive" but we thought, "what the heck we're on holiday."
