Casa Otano has been one of our favorite restaurants since the 70's and has gone through a number of changes since my first review 8 years ago. The hotel-pension underwent a complete renovation, a couple of years ago, updating the rooms and even adding in-room services and TVs. Rooms at the Casa Otoño have seen better days. It was a great place to stay in the 80's and survived well in the 90's, but has suffered somewhat of late since Mr. Magoo passed on. We went to this place because the normally highly reliable Cadogan Guide gave it a positive review. Mistake. It was a dump. We had asked for rooms with bath.
