cracking little hotel , brilliant location literally 5 mins (if that) to the beach, perfect for old town and promenade , rooms are basic but very clean, the guests are mainly the more elderly . restaurant and reception staff very friendly and helpful however bar staff not so, meals are buffet style but very good selection and very well set... Nice hotel near to Levante Beach and old town. Food was buffet and all staff were very friendly. Swimming pool is very small with limited sunbeds. There is a sauna but it has to be booked for use at least one hour in advance and cost 6 euros. Has a gym but looked fairly small (door was locked).

Visiting for second time & still can't fault the place - location perfect - clean - comfortable - quiet - meals value for money paid. House wine excellent & extremely inexpensive. No problems as long as your patient with the lifts.
