Terrible apartments, would never stay again. Had to pick up keys from hotel some 1/4 mile down road dragging suitcases with us. The San Frascisco apartments have everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Benidorm. My stay was good.. The rooms were clean and tidy... No problem with key collection.. You have to pay a deposit for the rooms in case of damage which was refunded... Only one down side, the swimming pool was closed off.. As was dirty... :-( if this problem is sorted I would recommend these apartments

we stayed in appts 20to 27 dec 11. note wasleft on agents window next to appts.to say where keys were.we knew name of hotel so didnt take long 10 mins each way main gate to apts was locked but a man let rest of our party wait inside till we got keys. appts basic but clean with plenty of towels.only... I just got back home today, i stayed here with friends, I advise you DO NOT STAY here! On Saturday night our apartment was robbed. There was no forced entry and even our safe was opened with a key and everything in was taken. Google this hotel and on the Watchdog site they also warn of this problem, sadly too... More
