We took advantage of a double Groupon deal and bolted a 2-day stay to a 3-day stay. At the start of each period we were presented with a bottle of bubbly. This was our first visit to Valencia and we found it a beautiful city. The visit presented us with several challenges to keep us on our toes. Even before... More

Pro: Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast until 10.30 am. Checkout at noon. Hotel restaurant is fine. Small parc close to hotel Con: No restaurants in neighbourhood. No information at reception. Tips: Local bus ticket: Best to be bought in Tobacco, go around the petrol station, cross the street and walk to the right for 3 minutes. Bikes for hire: Keep walking... More

We stayed in this hotel in the beginning of May. You can reach this hotel from airport by tube, Ayora station is just 7 min walking from the hotel (tube ticket cost 4,90 Euro). To see all attractions, we used Touristic bus, the bus stop just 7-10 min walking (one day ticket cost 17 Euro). There are 2 lines and... More

In today's business travel it is no longer a luxury to expect free quality internet connection. At this hotel you have very poor bandwith unless you pay their internet supplier an extra daily charge. Also the long complicated codes change daily and for each device and you must re enter these codes each time you turn on each device. This... More

Trusted other TripAdvisor opinions and we were not disappointed. We stayed 3 nights and have no complaints. We were given a room on the 4th floor facing on to a side street. Room was sizeable and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and Spanish newspapers available. We even got an invitation to a party to (re)launch bar on ground floor!! We walked... More

Nice hotel, great breakfast offering a nice variety of hot and cold food. We walked to the old town during the day, but it would be a hike if you wanted to partake of night life in that area unless you cab it. Easy walk to the beach, F1 track, and the Oceanografic. It has parking available for 14 Euro's... More

I stayed at Abba Acteon Hotel in the October 2012, while visiting Valencia. It is always a bit of a hassle to figure out how to get to your hotel (and what you can find nearby), so I will give a quick summary: At the airport, walk downstairs to the Metro, and buy the ticket for zone AB (EUR 3,10).... My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Sept 2012. I wished that we could have stayed longer as it was so nice! We got an incredibly good rate PLUS a free upgrade to the executive floor - I think we were on the 11th floor. The rooms were the biggest that we had while traveling... More

Rude reception staff, rude bar staff, rude cleaning staff and outdated rooms (box tv's) The bathroom is large and the Wifi is ok. Fridge in your room but that's where the good news ends. The minibar is not stocked (only soft drinks) and even when my partner went to the front desk to ask, they said it was impossible. They... More

Pro's The personnel at the front desk tried to make a good appearance. The welcome drink at the front desk is very appreciated. Easy to reach the beach and city by bus (4 - city and 2 - beach). Biopark was easy to reach by mentro (make sure you choose the right metro). Personnel spoke well English. Room was nice... More
