I have stayed in this hotel for a week in October 2011. From my point of view, it was an ok hotel. However, I asked specifically for a non-smoking room and got a room with an ash tray. Nevertheless, the cigarette smell was not noticeable.
There are no problems with the internet, you have to ask at the reception to...

After reading the reviews, I didn't have very high expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its location ( right at the center of the city ) and the room. The room was clean and staff were very nice. They provided us all the info we needed and even kept our luggage for an extra day. I was pretty satisfied...

After having read some of the reviews I did not have very high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room I got (#104) was big. The bathroom looked like it had recently been upgraded (none of the showercurtain problems that were in some of the other reviews). Internet access is a bit peculiar, as you pay € 3,50 a...

I was put here by colleagues at Univ. of Valencia, for which location was excellent. Room was adequate (the comment about the bathtub was true, but I find that European bathtub/showers are frequently difficult to use without spraying water all over -- definitely a skill Americans like me need to learn!). I didn't notice street noise, but some of my...

had an excellent stay, distance from city centre no problem for me,
meals were good, bar had a very nice malt whisky, restaurant and bar staff all very obliging as were the front desk staff..rooms although perhaps seemingly dark,is probably due to the spanish style of decor.local supermarket very handy for last minute goods. excellent value for money hotel.

The staff at the front desk were not friendly. The rooms were not very clean, and the location was a 30 min. walk from the old town. The breakfast was mostly packaged food, but the cafe con leche at breakfast was good and unlimited. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here as part of a Topdeck tour for La Tomatina.
The room was pleasant and clean, as was the foyer.
We didnt eat in the restaurant, we only had the breakfast which was very average, warm milk (which seems to be standard in Spain), off-smelling eggs etc.
It is a bit of a walk to the closest metro...

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Renasa in Valencia for 4 days in mid-June 2008. We live in the U.S. and are feeling the pinch of the falling U.S. dollar on this trip, so our choice to stay at the Renasa was heavily weighted by the value it offered: of the 3 star hotels in Valencia, this had...

I stayed in this hotel at the last minute as a result of an urgent meeting, my normal hotel chain, either A.C hotels or N.H Hotels were full. I saw the reviews here and thought I´d give it a try.
Firstly, this hotel is basic, basic, no frills. I had a double with single use (two single beds) but the...
