We had a great stay in Portanova B&B excellent rooms. The breakfast was minimalist. The location was fantastic, amazingly quiet, we walked everywhere. I would definitely recommend this property.

Rooms in a large, recently renovated flat owned and operated by the pleasant and accommodating D'Angelo family. High level of comfort and hospitality, good for families; we stayed in a large, attractive, split-level room with queen/king beds upstairs and downstairs; we were free to use the tiny common kitchen, which is helpful for afternoon snacks etc. (though not suited for...

The Portanova B&B is located in the Centro Storico part of the city tucked behind the main intersection of Via Duomo and Corso Umberto. The buildings around are slowly being refurbished but it is not the prettiest part of town, but the B&B itself is great. Big room by Italian standards, and modern bathroom fittings. It has been opened 2...

Our family of five (2 adults, 3 teenagers) stayed here for 2 nights. Very nice hosts (do not speak English, but try to help anyway) - a family, typical Italian breakfast, clean rooms, roomy rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Located in the old city on a tiny street in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Good value for the money.

Had one night in Portanova. Was easy to find after a frightening taxi ride from the airport. (The drivers are mental in naples! Its as though they think they are the only car on the road and swerve around the road regardless of other traffic, I just shut my eyes and hoped I made it to the hotel alive!) The...

This is a new B & B. It was perfectly clean, well-equipped, with very nice owners. It's in a convenient location, but understand that the Historic Center is a quite chaotic part of Naples. Even though the city is very loud, with the window closed the room was perfectly quiet (and cool with my own A/C). I used Naples as...

Portanova B&B offered my wife and I a delightful hideaway for four nights in Naples, visiting the city and nearby Pompeii.
The B&B is tucked away in an unlikely back street which is noisy and dirty. But inside, up a steep staircase, the Portanova is a beautiful oasis. Well decorated throughout and well equpped, it is a cut above most...

We found this B&B right here on Tripadvisor and decided to book a room for 2 nights based on the excellent reviews. We were not disappointed!! The B&B is down a narrow street but it is actually quite centrally located to a lot of the churches, and one of best pizza places, Pizzeria Di Matteo, although our host told us...

My sister and I stumbled upon Portanova online and chose it for its price and location for our one-night whistle-stop stay. Boy, were we in for a shock. Naples, unfortunately, isn't known for its huge tourism industry. This B&B was one of the cheapest places I have stayed in, ever, in Europe, and for the pennies I paid, I got...

This place is amazing...we were a couple, but they gave us a duplex room....Clean, spacious, confortable, charming...the room is perfect, and so is this B&B. The owners are very nice and very helpfull, ofering always umbrellas when it was rainy, coffee (delicious!) all the time....
Ubication also is perfect, near to Train Station and in Spacanapoli, the ancient part of...
