Although the reception and lounge/breakfast room are impressive with their XVIII century atmosphere and high ceilings, this neapolitan pensione doesn't live up to the challenge of providing good service. Internet connexion didn't work, reception was always closed during the entire weekend, and so was the breakfast room.
