We had booked and payd the hotel 10 months before our vacation and had the confirmation number. When we got to hotel, only one from four rooms were available. The old guy at the reseption didn´t speak english and just threw us out, without helping us to get compensatory accomodation. He also lied that there is another hotel with same... More

We are a mature professional USA couple who stayed at this hotel in Rome Italy for 4 nights beginning 9-28-2009 and were shocked by a number of issues not previously encountered on our 22 day European trip. The hotel first is very hard to find being marked only by a green door and a button with H2000 noted on it.... More
