“Please stay away from this rathole!!!”

The hostel was very hard to find, we had to walk from the metrostation about half an hour with our heavy backbacks till we found it. Worst weather in Rome for 25 years...snow and freezing conditions....and as always, reviews are by their very nature subjective. We stayed at this hostel for three nights and it was terrible. First of all, the place was too dirty and the environment was sad and dark. Happy Days is a comfy place with a lot of character! Just steps away from the train station, so you can reach the airport in about 20 minutes, and there is a lovely garden in front and back of the house. And just an extra tip, the gelateria nearby is excellent! More
