During our trip to Italy last September/October, we stayed in Via Veneto House twice – one night in the beginning of our trip and another night just before our cruise. For an “overnighter” it was more than adequate and very clean – and yes, the rooms are very small! But, that’s what this place was all about -- especially in... More

My partner and I and two friends stayed at Via Veneto House for six nights whilst in Rome to watch the six nations rugby. I have to say the location was fantastic, the room was clean and comfortable which when all you are doing is sleeping in it, is all you need! Martina and her mum were very welcoming and... More

I usually never write a bad review unless the experience has been truly awful. My husband and I visited Rome whenever I was 5 months pregnant. The lady who showed us to our room was initially pleasant. The room was very disappointing and not how it looked on the website. The bed was essentially a camp-bed which folded down from... More

The Via Veneto House is absolutely perfect if you are looking for somewhere as a base on a trip to Rome. The room was basic but clean and very comfortable. We met Martina and her mother and they were so friendly and helpful it made our stay a real pleasure. The cafe for breakfast is just round the corner. The... More

Located near the famous Via Veneto, this B&B is well connected by some bus lines and by the metro A (metro at walking distance). It is rather elegant and clean, but a bit too impersonal. Owners are ok, but not hospitable and warm. Too bad the room we stayed was too small for a couple!!! In our opinion, this room... More

First, let me say that Ski G has it exactly right. Via Veneto House (VVH) does not have a sauna, golf course, swimming pool, or exercise room. It doesn't even have a restaurant. You get vouchers for a continental breakfast at a cafe approximately a block away on the upscale Via Veneto. VVH is actually a suite of 5 rooms... More

Via Veneto House - WOW - Wonderful - Excellent - best value for our money - exactly what we wanted -- a town house room close to the center of town. The room was fresh, bright, clean and well decorated - The bathroom was equally so. The people were awesome - kind, helpful and went out of their way to... More

We had a great stay at the Via Veneto house (note the address (Marche 54) so you don't get it confused with others). You get three keys, one for the huge door outside into the building, one for getting into the hotel on the fourth floor (there is a little elevator you use to check in) and finally one for... More

First, let me set the expectation. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced room near one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Rome, this is one of those places. It's not fancy. It's not a five star. There's no room service. There are no servants. No telephone. No common area. No amazing views of the Vatican.... More

Elena was the best; extremely elegant and helpful. She waited for us to check in when our train was cancelled and we had to bus from Paris to Rome overnight! The room was a beauty; the location just off Via Veneto and a short walk to the Piazza Barberini metro no problem. A small frig in the room. The house... More
