the room was very very basic. No aircond in summer just makes the room very uncomfortable. also the rooms are proper small. and for your breakfast, you will have to walk to the a nearby cafe for a "bad breakfast". the only plus for this place is the location which is like 10 min walk to the colisium. But please... More

Great location to walk to the main sights of Rome plus close to Metro and main train station. The room was very nice and well equipped with use of a coffee machine and small fridge. Lovely people and so helpful with map and directions. Only issues were no WIFI plus the breakfast would barely pass as one. You head around... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a longer trip to Italy. We wanted somewhere in a good location and not too expensive, as we figured we wouldn't need a swanky room because we would be spending most of our time out of it sightseeing. The B&B was in a great location about 10 minutes... More

The room was very clean and well furnished in towels. The owner that we only saw on our arrival was very pleasant and let us leave our luggage on the departure day. A point that really need to be improved is the place where we get the breakfast included in the morning. It is the worst coffee place in the... More

We would heartly recommend staying here to anyone staying in Rome on a budget. Georgia could not have been more helpful - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfectly adequate and it was good to have the use of a kitchen to make drinks and snacks. So close to the main sights, we hardly used the metro, we found... More

This B&B was perfect for us as we were on a budget and was lovely and clean. Giorgia met us and was very friendly, explaining how to lock the door properly and how to work the coffee machine. She gave us a map on arrival and even circled a few things she thought we might like to see. The Colosseum... More

As soon as we booked on line we received an e-mail from Georgia who runs the place - nice personal touch. She was there to meet us when we arrived even although we were later than we said - took us longer to get there from the airport than we realised. It's not a hotel so there's no 'service' as... More

Having spent an exciting but very hot and tiring day seeing the sights of Rome, we arrived to a wonderful welcome from the lovely Giorgia and a spacious, very clean room in a lovely old building just off Piazza San Giovanni... The B and B is inside a big building split into apartments, it has huge wooden doors and an... More

The location is not bad if you know the buses. Take the 85 or the 87 to get to the heart of old rome. The bus stop is right in front of the cafe where breakfast is served. Simple. There are also 2 metro stops within easy walking distance. The Merulana ristorante is quite good and right at your doorstep.... More

Good cheap and clean accommodation. About a 5 minute walk to Collesuem or the Metro. Not in a touristy area. Breakfast is very ordinary, a coffee and croissant at a cafe nearby but irrelevant. Room clean, spacious. Very good security. Extremely helpful owner! We were very pleased! More
