Nice and quiet bed and breakfast with spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very good as it's 2-3 minutes walk to Manzoni metro station, which itself is just two stops away from the main station (Termini) - very easy to reach, even with heavy luggage. Also, just 10-15 minutes walk to the Colosseum.

Stefano was great, making a reservation at the Borghese and confirming a tour. His sister was willing to go out and get cream for coffee. However, the helpfulness does not outweigh the accomodations. We stayed here twice- once in the orange room and once in the green. The orange room was ok but green was great- with A/C and an ensuite bathroom which the orange doesnt have- and its the same price! We felt so lucky to have found this B&B - spotlessly clean and smartly decorated, with good breakfasts, lovely owners and a great location 15 mins walk from the Colosseum. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

We booked the room 15 hours before our arrival and there was no problem with this at all, The staff was realy friendly. the breakfast was rich and delicious, with yoghurts, croissants, creamcheese, bagels, jams, fresh (staff) home-made coffee.
