Where to start..........toilets feel like they are going to fall off the wall, beds are crap, turned the jets on in the bathtub, and some disgusting sort of dirt came out. Wifi doesn't work, and the people at the front desk have no clue how to make it work. Breakfast is horrible, eggs are under cooked, and come on guys.....hot... More

Don't expect a 4 star hotel experience as advertised by this hotel. There were copious amounts of mould growing beneath the glass top framing the bath, cracks in the walls and the carpet was dirty. Only takes about 5 to 10 mins to walk to Termini which was great and there are some decent restaurants nearby.

This small hotel is near to Termini train station... We ( my wife, my sister in law and mother in law) stayed only one day at christmass eve... We spent excellent time.. Thanks to hospitality and cleanness of this hotel... Breakfast of this hotel was perfect, although to satisfy us is not easy cuz we are from a country of... More

Stayed in november just for 1 day. Arrived hote before check-in time at 10:30 am. İ would leave my bag and go around. Laura at the reception arranged an empty room without even asking and i quickly settled. Location is perfect. Without going out from termini station, turn right, walk out and leave termini station at your back, cross the... More

The very good reviews of this hotel were well justified. This is a lovely hotel within 10 minutes of the main railway station. It has had a major make over in recent years and has been modernised with great style. The rooms are not huge but more than adequate. The service is excellent and friendly. Free wi fi is provided.... Me and My husband enjoyed our trip to Rome. The one good thing about this hotel is the fact that it is right near the Termini. Lots of places to eat and shop there and easy to get around rome. The Roma pass is a good idea so look into it, You can buy this from the reception. The breakfast... More

The best of this hotel - is that it's close to the main railway station, so if you're exploring Italy - ths's you choice. Nice breakfast, modern-fashioned rooms, nice WiFi. Nothing negative I can say about this hotel. Clean, modern, yet the rooms are not big enough, but still cosy and comfortable.

Rooms were bright and modern and quite spacious. Everything was in working order in the room. Breakfast was reasonably good. Wer didn't have time to use the hotel facilioties... More

Just came back from a trip to Italy during which I stayed in Venetia Palace hotel based on tripadvisor recommendation. Overall the hotel is very good; it's located very close to Termini station in a quiet and decent neighborhood (as opposed to the other side to Termini). I stayed in room 503 which had a nice balcony but no views.... More
