I stayed here because I was flying in late and back out early via Ciampino airport. The location was fantastic- a bus and then the metro got me there for under four euros. Desiderio di Roma was the perfect place for us. It's just outside the super touristy areas of Rome, but close enough that you don't feel out of place as a tourist and can easily walk to the attractions.
