The Hotel Nova Domus is a clean and cute hotel with the best breakfast I had in 5 hotels in 10 days. The water pressure was great.and the beds were nice and comfortable. We woke up at 7am with construction noises to a church next door .The hotel was kind to give us a small discount for the inconvenience. You will have to... We had a very pleasant experience here and would stay again. The staff was friendly, courteous & helpful even with the language barriers. They have an impressive breakfast spread incl. scrambled eggs & bacon. The room size was adequate. There was plenty of hot water. Though this is an older building undergoing renovations it is very clean. There is a... More

This hotel has been/is undergoing renovations. I traveled in a group of four and we stayed in a 2 bedroom "suite" in the top floor. I have to say that the construction crew was very respectful and did not work during the times when most visitors are present (i.e. early mornings and after dinner hours). The room was nice and... We decided to stay here due to the fact it was near a metrostation (cipro, which takes you to most of the tourist attractions within 10 min) and near the vatican (10 min walk). The hotel was ok, clean enough, although a bit worn. Most of the staff were very friendly. The room was adequate (19m2, which was big enough)... More

This was our introduction to Rome. With all the lovely, European hotels, this is a worn out, tired, poorly decorated hotel. The elevator didn't work well, the rooms were worn, and the common areas were something akin to a Social Security office. The location is close to the Vatican - which isn't all that great an area in Rome. There... More

A great location for a city break, walking distance to the Vatican and many other sites. The room was clean and quiet, with plenty of hot water. However, there were many things not fuctioning properly, the tv, the curtains, the wifi etc. Despite arriving during the coldest spell in Rome for 25 years the heating wasn't on in our room... More

Hotel Nova Domus is very useful city hotel. It is located near Vatican, near metro line in quiet city quarters. It provides very good value for money. The rooms are clean, the buffet breakfast was excellent and stuff was very helpful. I could recommend this hotel for the Rome visit and also stay there again for some visit in future. More

It is very nice hotel in quit neighborhood nearby Vatican City. Cipro metro station is located in a 5 minutes walk from the hotel which provides a good accessibility to all mayor attractions in Rome. Rooms are big enough, clean with not large but functional bathroom. Breakfast was tasteful with the best hotel coffee ever. The receptionists and other stuff... More

Nova Domus is on a small side street near the Vatican. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Cipro underground station, and about the same to the Vatican. The location, to me, is really good - it's just outside the really touristy areas right next to the Vatican, but still really close. You can park on the... More

My daughters and I stayed here for 4 nights between Christmas and new year. The staff on reception were friendly and helpfully the majority of the time, unlike the restaurant manager who could do with a refresher course at charm school! The first room we had was next to the lift which was very noisy, keeping us awake half the... More
