Its a nice property with nice surroundings. Staff was also good. Rooms were nice and spacious. The dining area was superb. I loved the breakfast hall as well. The only problem with this hotel is that it is far from the city. It took us almost an hour to reach the Colosseum. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

This American-style hotel was by far the worse of our 9 Italian hotels. Most irritating was the constant money-grabbing. It was the only hotel without a free breakfast. It was only one of two hotels that charged us for internet access, which at this hotel crashed periodically. The girl who checked us in was indifferent at best. They seem to... More

Dear Heather3214, We regrete that your recent stay with us was not so pleasant as you expected to be. You are right when you say that the hotel stands in a business area and there aren't shops or other stores but our shuttle bus service allows our guests to reach the city center in 20 minutes. We do apologize for... More

Terrible location, 30 minutes outside the city. Not many shuttles into the city at €4 one way. Last shuttle from the city to hotel is at 8.15pm so no Rome sightseeing at night unless you take 2 trains to get to the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is expensive and terrible. Breakfast is expensive and again terrible. Rather buy... More

The location was 30 mins outside of the city center. The hotel provides a shuttle service for €4 one way into the city with the last bus returning to the hotel at 8.15.
