We had a garden room which was ok. The room was clean and it had a fridge and a small TV. The wifi worked well during our stay. The hot water turned cold every time I showered. The air con didn't work and when I called the desk the guy said he would come and fix it, he never came.... More

I traveled to Rome with my boyfriend and grandparents last July. Upon arrival we got a taxi from the airport (Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci airport of Rome) That was 1 hour away from the hotel! We thought that it was the closer airport only minutes away from the hotel! (Ciampino) We payed around 90 euro for a taxi between... More

Room was big and had a balcony. It wasn't clean. Found a layer of dust on the chair when pulled it out from under the table, hair in the bathroom. Air cond. not working. You have to pay A LOT for tv. Receptionist was really in the mood - he wasn't really interested in guests at all. Next morning -... More

though a little bit far from the central Rome, the hotel is very nice. there is shuttle but to nearest mtr station, so the transportation is not a problem for me. the room is clean and tidy, and big enough. the price is fair, compared with other hotels in Rome

Hotel by itself is nice. Room is okay, big, clean, etc. BUT, I was incredibly shocked with staff's approach as for the tourists. We're travelling by bus, with group, so it was appraised like we're like a flock of sheeps, so personal approach is not necessary. At the reception they gave as wrong info how to get to the hotel... It's a nice Hotel, quite modern, clear, well kept and with professional staff. For sure it's not in the city centre, but went in a group and it was very comfortable. I think some people do not realize how much they pay and how much they expect. For the price I pay it's very good.
