The lobby is beautiful and the service in the lobby was very friendly and attentive. Our rooms were very nice and the beds wonderful but the shower flooded every time(other family members reported the same thing) and the maid service was not the best. this hotel is fantastic! Everything from the front dest service, food, room, etc.The best dinner we had in Rome was in the hotel dining room. We had a standard room, nice size for europe. Very walkable to all the sites but not on top of the tourist areas. Would stay here again.

The hotel was opulent and our rooms were pure luxury. It was right in the centre of Rome and the concierge recommended some of the best Italian restaurants in the city, tiny little places secluded from the hustle and bustle. Loved the massive rooms and bathrooms!

“Marvelous Hotel in a Great Location”

We've stayed here twice now and both times, the hotel, staff, and service have exceeded our expectations. The rooms are fantastic. Large and modern. The staff is very helpful and everyone speaks pretty good English. We also love the location as it is close to the rail and the subway system. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
