The staff here are very friendly and as helpful as they possibly can. The rooms were quite small but the upside was that we had a balcony with chairs that you can rest on outside and smell some clean air. I didn't like the bathroom so much as it was right next to the bed and hot water from the... More

Comfortable, Friendly, Affordable but directions are crucial especially when you first arrive. The journey will take you at least an hour. Don't panic - just relax. It's worth it for a comfortable affordable place to stay! 1. As you come out Fiumucino Airport terminal down on the right there are a row of express buses straight to the city centre.... More

Dear guest Thank you for being our guests. We were very pleased to hear that your stay at our hotel was nice. Sorry for public transportation but in a few days of the week the traffic is quite chaotic and public transport is penalized. However, we thank you for the information you gave about your review, will be very useful... More

The hotel was nice and presentable, room was not too bad-mini bar, heating, lcd tv(but not 1 english channel on the tv, so unless you speak itialian there's no point of watching it). We had no hot water the four days we stayed there which was quite annoying as it was -3 and snowing the whole time. Most of the staff... More

We have just come back from Rome. The hotel was very comfortable. We had rented a car as we wanted to be comfortable getting to and back from the hotel. We are used to travelling for some time to get to the city centre where we live so we kind of expected it after reading all the reviews. We would take the car to... This is a lovely hotel and the staff were absolutley lovely - each night when we returned to the hotel the man on reception asked us if we had enjoyed our day. There is a nice lounge area with a bar which we sat in every night to plan the next day. The only problem with this hotel is the... More

We were very pleased with the service of this hotel. It's located a bit far from the centre, but you can get there easily and cheap by bus or/and metro. However, it didn't bother because it takes time to get anywhere in Rome. But at our point of view, traveling is more than hotel and colosseum ;) We liked especially... More
