Terrible wi-fi, only the old Intourist system would rate as 4 stars. Noisy staff especially in the morning you wake up as they clean the near by rooms. Toilet in a very bad and old condition. The Good- Great location- Walking distance to the Coliseum, ton's of shopping, great restaurants, and small shops. Very easy to navigate from the hotel to what ever we wanted to go to. Right across the street from Termini station, we chose the hotel primarily for that reason. It's a bit older but a decent Frontdesk experience and nice rooftop restaurant kinda makes up for it. Room was ok and a good jump off point for our cruise through the eastern med.
