I booked a week from the 3rd may to the 10th may. I just wanted to thank all of the tripadvisor Members who wrote their reviews. Why would I stay in a 5 star hotel this hotel is far better. When I and my wife arrived in the afternoon the neighborhood was buzzing with people. Very lively neighborhood felt very... More

Being walking distance to the Roman Forum and the Coluseum as well as both metro lines, this hotel was in a perfect location. The breakfast had a lot of diversity and the staff was very helpful. We stayed in one of the rooms in the annex and found the room to be very dark and somewhat noisy at night. There... More

Dear Guest, thank you for your review on tripadvisor. Sorry for the inconvenience occurred: we usually ask all our customers to return the key at the reception, we apologize if, this time, it did not happen. Since you have not left your key at reception (for our forgetfulness), and since you stayed in our annex (separated from the main building),... More

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights during April 2012. The hotel was mostly to expectations with easy access to the Cavour metro station being the biggest plus that made visiting many areas of the city very convenient. The room was probably the smallest i have ever slept in, but it is tolerable if you are not going to... More

This hotel is in a great location, additionally the room was quite nice. The only downside is one of the towels had something gross on it, and even though we requested another towel, they never brought it. We only stayed one night, so that was't a big deal. Another thing I found peculiar is they insisted you leave the key... More

My wife and I had a lovely stay in Rome at Hotel Duca D'Alba. Elisa was very helpful with the reservation and confirmation. Our double room was small but well appointed and quiet. The free WiFi was solid. Breakfast was the best of the four hotels we visited on our three week visit to Italy. The location is fantastic -... More

It's a very nice 4 star hotel, very modern rooms, with balcony, nice breakfast..Very close to everything you want to see in Rome, the metro called Cavour station is just a few steps from the hotel..Highly recommended this one if you can afford the price of course but it's a very nice hotel you will not be disappointed.. Fabulous hotel in a perfect location. Excellent rooms with all amenities - good towels, plenty of toiletries - and wonderful breakfast - sausages, scambled eggs and lovely crispy bacon along with fruit salad, cereals, cold meats and cheeses and a huge variety of breads and cakes. The staff were friendly and helpful and made dinner recommendations etc. There was tea/coffee... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days, from the minute we entered the front door we were treated really special. When we checked in we were asked if we would like a drink(tea/coffee,wine etc) this was brought to a lounge area, while the porter took our cases to our room. Then the receptionist showed us to our room, nothing... More

We spent a long weekend in Rome at the Duca d'Alba Hotel and were positively impressed. I checked tripadvisor before booking the hotel, but the reality is even better than the reviews. The hotel is centrally located at just 5min walking distance from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Closeby there's also a subway station so we didn't have to... More
