This was a great place to stay. There was some confusion about our reservation and the staff worked with us. Finally, we were upgraded to a Suite with a huge balcony which always makes for a better stay. Front desk staff were very helpful.

This hotel is very well located, which is its first great advantage. The decor is one of its particularities, and many peopl emay not like it - I personally don't! But the staff is amazing, they are helpful and friendly beyond what you might be used to in Rome, and make the place work. Overall a very good hotel.

We have just returned from spending 3 nights in this hotel. Firstly the good. Pleasant staff, good breakfast, nice room (and the kindly upgraded us) albeit noisy with the kitchen above you. This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Italy. The staff is very courteous, rooms are 5 star, bathroom lighting just needs to be brighter. Loved, loved, loved, this hotel. It's small but in a great location to all sites in Rome.
