Other reviewers talked about the rude staff. Thinking we could over come that, we stayed here. OMG! The ever changing front desk personnel were miserable, were never helpful and were unnecessarily rude. Same for the breakfast staff. And, what a lousy breakfast it was. With an hour to go before closing baskets were empty, pitchers were empty and we were...

like staying in a room in a tenement block.
helpful reception is about the only good thing I could say about it.

This should not be called a hotel. There are businesses and bed and breakfasts all in one building. When you walk in, it looks like a dirty office building. The rooms are very small and the bathroom shower is very small, my husband could hardly move in it. My light bulb in the bathroom blew out in the evening and...

The first night of our stay was a tiny room with a tiny bathroom. By "tiny", I mean nowhere to place suitcase except on the bed, and nowhere to put shampoo or soap in the shower. However, upon request we were moved to a more comfortable room for the remainder of our stay. The room/bathroom were clean, plenty of hot...

I'm a Finnish high school teacher. I travelled to Rome together with 15 of my students, my college and my wife. We stayed at Embassy for 11 nights. The hotel was perfect for our needs, and the staff was ever so helpful. We loved the enthusiastic atmosphere in the hotel, as well as the location of the hotel. The hotel...

Hotel was 5 mins walk from main Termini station which was excellent. Whilst not central, the hotel was about 20 mins walk from the main locations.
Found all staff extremely friendly and thought that the free internet access was very good for travellers without laptops.
Breakfast was basic but served its purpose. Rooms clean and tidy although shower ensuite was...

Bit off-putting when first approached from street. We arrived in evening to face an imposing dark door and had to be buzzed in: hotel was on first floor and upwards in building shared by other apartments and businesses, BUT found it to be good value for money and convenient. Rooms, particularly bathroom, were small but spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly...

First impressions are not good but the Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and have good English. Breakfast is continental type but a good choice none the less. Only drawback was no tea/coffee making facilities in room. Also, at 2 euros, the mini-bar beer was probably the cheapest in Rome!!

Hotel is conveniently located near Roma Termini and the Repubblica metro station, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and free WiFi worked perfectly. My room was on the Via Antonio Salandra side of the hotel so there was some street noise at night, but nothing that kept me awake.
