Stayed here in March. Got a great deal with Secret rooms, and it was superb value. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, all spoke English. Room was small, and almost all floor space taken up by the MASSIVE bed. But, as we were in Rome to sightsee, not staying the room, we didn't mind. The bed was fantastically comfortable, and... More

My son & I stayed at this hotel March 4th - 7th. The hotel is in a great location for walking to all of the major sights & the metro is only a couple of minutes away for those further afield places. We arrived at 11 am & we were met by a very nice receptionist. Her english wasn't great... More

We have visited Rome a few times and this time chose La Griffe for it's central position and good transport (bus & Metro) transport options. We stayed 4 nights and had an excellent deal with Sectret Escapes and, as promised got an upgrade to a delux room with a bottle of prosecco and fruit. The room was large, mininialistic and... More

The hotel location was perfect. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. That is about the most positive thing. Our room was the smallest room we have stayed in and was very cold. The shower seal had corroded away so we ended up flooding the whole bathroom! No tea/coffee facilities in room. Reception recommended La Tritone to us and the meal was... More

I stayed at the La Griffe Hotel on friday the 17th and saturday the 18th of February. The location of the hotel is very good since it is close to a lot of nice things to see in Rome, 15 mins walking distance from the Colosseum, 15 mins walking distance from the Fontana Di Trevi, and so on. The rooms... More

Location was very central for going to the Coliseum, Trevoli Fountain etc. However room was small (for a twin room) although beds comfy. Good to have a safe in the room. The advertised entertainment for the Sat evening did not actually happen, in fact the hotel bar was not even open. Breakfast was awful for a luxury hotel, the yoghurt,... More

This hotel is in an enviable location. You can walk to the Coliseum and to the railroad terminal if you want to travel to places like Florence for a day trip if you get tired of Rome itself. The staff was friendly and helpful. They can book your city tour bus trips and your ride back to the airport for... More

This hotel is a great value in the center of the city. We were able to walk (and get lost) all on our own. This hotel is within walking distance to almost all of the sites you might most want to see in Rome. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We had absolutely no issues with the service... Excellent hotel. Staff went out of their way to get us soccer ticket. The two stories hotel suite was excellent. Amazing was the private gym in the suite. We didn't expect that. What an experience. More
