We stayed at the Terminal hotel for two nights in october 2011. We were back packing and on a budget so it fit our criteria, close to the train station and not too expensive (for Rome...) my husband had trouble sleeping because of street traffic but we did have a corner room. We are not complaining in any way were...

The location has to be the only thing that i can say is pretty good. right near the train station, buses and taxis and your surrounded in other hotels, shops etc but its like being in the middle of chinatown/pakistan, im not racist but theyr just wasnt no english in sight except me n my partner. was worse than living...

We stayed there for 4 nights to visit Rome.
Rooms are clean and have lots of space, a mini fridge, a safe but no coffee and tea facilities. The bathroom also had a lot of space. Internet was not available for free, not even in the lobby.
Breakfast was continental, only toast, butter, jams, cereals and milk. There is a...

I stayed in the Terminal Hotel fir three nights from the 22 to 25 of March and it was my first trip to Rome.
The rooms are small but this us not unusual for a city centre hotel but it was very clean and comfortable. The towels were changed every day and the room cleaned daily too. There was a...

Stayed 4 nights - great location and staff on reception very friendly.
However, breakfast was really poor, UHT milk, luke warm drinks from drink machine, orange squash masquerading as orange juice, crispbread and slices of stale croissants. Wasn't expecting a banquest but fresh tea/coffee, juice and maybe toast/croissants/fresh fruit would be a great improvement.
Towels were not changed for duration...

A group of us visited Rome and booked into this hotel. The staff were fantastic, especially Georgious and Anna. We had a great time and I would recommend this hotel for a central location, great value and friendly staff.

I am sorry, but nothing is worse than bed bugs - I really don't need to say much more...but the rooms were really dirty, and the staff did not seem at all concerned by this. I only had one nice person, which was the one who checked me in, and after that...not a single smile - they even joke that...

Hotel is a very good base for sightseeing in Rome. Although there are thousands of restaurants in the heart of the city( expensive ) we found panini's ( beautiful sandwiches in crspy bread ) were enough for lunchtime. For a good priced and excellent meal in the evening we ate at La Mensa de Bacco which is in the same...

We have recently returned from a 3 night stay in this hotel. This does not compare with other city 3* hotels we have used. The accommodation is listed as having been refurbished yet our room- with 3 single beds- was poor in al aspects; dated, tired and not as clean as expected. No evodence of any refurbishment and given we...
