Horrible hotel, disgusting rooms and terribly bad staff. Breakfast in a very small room, where it is impossible to welcome more than 8 guests at the same time. Bathroom looks like a battlefield and the stains on walls, carpet, tv, fridge, door etc are the decor and the pride of the hotel. I would never go there even if it... More

Even with the bad reviews, we chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Termini station/metro BUT the quadruple room is so tiny that there is hardly any space to move (you also need to climb up 3 flights of stairs with luggage). You need to pay for the air conditioning (no mention anywhere when you book or on... More

With out going into great detail, let me just say that this is without a doubt the worst place I have ever considered staying. I didn't actually stay there.... After being yelled at by the desk clerk and climbing 3 flights of stairs to find our room, which turned out to be gloomily dark, without air conditioning, smelling of mold... More

If you want an American style hotel room, don't stay here. If you want a cheap, no frills Italian hotel room, this isn't too bad. Parking was handy and they let us leave our car there most of the second day of our stay for free. Only a few rooms have A/C and in the heat of the summer, you... More

The hotel would be ok for a different price. But for the price it charges it is very very bad. The blanket had little holes and bloodstains on it. The bathroom is not really a bathroom. It is a toilet with a bidet, a washbasin....and then there is a sprinkler coming out of the wall in between the washbasin and... More

I stayed 4 nights at this terrible hotel. First the rooms were very old and stinky. Then once you open the room a strange disgusting smell comes from the bathroom, propably moss smell, you can feel it better once you take a shower in the very tiny shower cabin, which is full of moss. The bathroom itself is so tiny... More

This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience of my life. I have never stayed in a place so terrible. Even though we paid for air conditioned rooms, the hotel did not honor our reservation. The rooms were tiny and hot and we could not even open the window because of drunk people breaking bottles outside. In addition the... More

As a travel agent, I was looking for boutique budget, with a central location. The room was up 2 flights with a small balcony. The shower was in the middle of the small bath. You had to wrap the curtain around you. Clean but worn. Good cold breakfast and nice small bar. Lots of local shops, laundry and cafes nearby.... More

We were warned to avoid but due to the proximity to the train station and an early departure the next morning we took a chance and booked. A 3 star rating so we were not expecting "luxury." However, room barely held two twin beds, worn and stained carpeting, the shower flooded the whole bathroom--drain in the middle of the floor... More

We had reserved, through a tourist agent in Greece, two quadruple rooms for three nights and the official internet site of the hotel (www.hotelpavia.it) promised a joyful and nice stay. Unfortunately when we entered the hotel and the rooms on 17/07/2008, we faced a different situation. It was the most dirty and uncomfortable room we had ever seen! The dirty... More
