This hotel is located on a small street at the foot of the Spanish Steps and a 2-minute walk to a main shopping area or the subway. It is in the coenter of attractions and easy to get around. The rroms are clean, but small as one might expect in Rome. Bath was very small but manageable. Breakast was nice,... More

although the hotel had basic amenities, it had all we needed, comfortable beds, air-conditioner, friendly staff, great terrace for breakfast. The location is perfect if you want to be near the shopping areas of Rome. plenty of restaurants and cafes down the street and around the corner. It is also around the block from the spanish steps. We advise you... More

The hotel is very close to the Spanish steps and Metro, so the location is fine. Rooms are small, but reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was not extravagant but certainly acceptable. Internet was great. A/C was necessary and worked except for a few hours one day, so that would be the biggest criticism. Staff was excellent in assisting with questions and arranging... More

I think everyone would agree with me that since that start of Tripadvisor (the great service that it is), it really is not very easy to book a hotel. You find something, think the location is brilliant, all sounds positive until you read the reviews telling you to stay well away! With my flights to Rome booked, it took an... More

I had a very bad experience with the this hotel that I want to share with you. I was booked to stay at the hotel for 3 nights in May 2011. Unfortunately I had a fall at home prior to setting out on my vacation and I shattered my knee cap. This required surgery and meant that I had to... More

Mr. Iron did not book a discounted offer but a no refundable tariff. We cannot change our policy on no refundable tariffs in any kind of circumstances, if we did it it would be unfair towards the other clients who book no refundable offers. We are very sorry to hear of Mr. Iron's injury and absolutely sympathize with him ,... More

After travelling 24 hours from Sydney, what we need was to immerse ourselves into the Roman streets, eat and then sleep. And in this charming and welcoming hotel, minutes away from the Piazza di Spagna, we could do all that and more. I've stayed here a couple of times because the rooms 'feel' very Italian (even the sheets 'feel' Italian)... More

After reading the other reviews I was compelled to write one myself. In my opinion few people that have a good experience will write a review. EVERY not so good stay will get a review. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff was ok, not perfect (as we expect in America) and the amenities were meager. You... More

I wanted to write a review with updated information because the last one I saw on this hotel was 2007. Overall this hotel was good but seemed a little pricey ($210/night). Rome is more expensive compared to what I am used to so not sure if you would be able to find better value for the price. Location - Good... More

Room was awful compared to the price. The dark haired woman on the door, the manager, was rude beyond belief. Ringing up late in the night disturbing my and my girlfriends sleep. They didn't notify me when my lost luggage arrived for two days and so went home without it. I cannot warn anyone enough about this place... More

The room was OK but noisy street at least while the bars and restaurants opposite are open. In terms of pluses, it has a good location for shops and bars. In terms of negatives, the service is poor, for 250E per night we would have at least expected some help with the bags when we arrived. TV channels had very... More
