This was the third time that we stayed at the Fontanella Borghese. The hotel has a great central location and is within walking distance of most tourist sites. This hotel was filthy and the ac did not work. We checked-in, went to the room and immediately checked out. The gentleman at the front desk would not refund our money and we had to pay for another hotel. He actually was extremely rude and made my daughter and me very uncomfortable.
