I agree with the last reviewer. Room facing the big street is very small, as is the bathroom, but probably fine for a young couple or a single traveler. At our age, we could use a little more space. Also, the bathroom needs a shelf, could use some tiling on the walls and the a/c needs help. That being said,... More

I agree with all of the positive reviews of this B&B. Being clean, affordable and in a perfect location are my priorities when looking for a place to stay and this certainly met those criteria. The shower was larger than many European ones, with good pressure and hot water. (A shelf in the bathroom would have been nice for toiletries... More

I can only join the chorus of all the other positive reviews. Excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful service and overall good value. We spend 2 nights in the suite and had ample of space, absolutely no problem with the noise from traffic. The road outside is very busy, but it calms down during the night (even weekends) and the... I really don't know where to start on this one as reading the rest of the reviews I feel as if I must have landed in a parallel universe. I'll start with the negatives so other people can get a full and honest view. Point 1. First off the hotel (if you can call it that) is on possibly the... More

We enjoyed staying at the townhouse very much. After having visited Rome for about 20 times now, we have finally found a place where we will come back again. Great location, modern though cosy spacious rooms, nice breakfast (including a very friendly and warm Elena ) and helpful advice given by 3 charming hosts. Inge&Luigi

A true guesthouse in the center of Rome, you feel like you are staying over at a friend's house.Great location and view, especially if you book the suite that has a big private balkony overlooking the river. The rooms are very clean, bright and comfortable. The people who run the guesthouse are very professional, friendly and offer to provide any information you may... We stayed here for three nights and had the small double room with terrace. Although the room was small it was very clean, well designed and the double glazing meant we were not disturbed by the traffic outside on the main road. There was a good selection of food available for the continental breakfast which was taken in the living... More

An absolute gem of a place. The location is quite superb being only a stone throw away from the old town and also just by the river. The two brothers who run the place are delightful host and having breakfast on the veranda or in the living room in the morning was lovely. The house also has some quirky history... More

The proprietors of this townhome, and their staff, are very gracious, friendly and professional. We enjoyed the location, as it is very central, but also peaceful because it's just far enough away from the main tourist attractions. The private roof-top terrace is comfortable and perfect for enjoying an espresso, a meal, or drinks. Take full advantage of it! The entrance... More

I spent a long time looking for the perfect place to stay in Rome. We intended to be out and about a lot so I did not want to spend a lot on a luxurious hotel. I had a vision of a b+b mostly white, with tall ceilings and natural light. When I found Giulia Town House it was like... More
