My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff were pleasant enough, however the room was just big enougto swing a mouse in. Paper thin walls in the hotel room, and the floating floors meant you could hear everyone coming and going. The buffet breakfast each day was consistent appalling, stale bread, boiled eggs that were weeks old!... More

Our stay was for 4 nights during the first week of May. The location was perfect for walking to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colloseum. We took a cab to the Vatican, but wound up walking back! The desk personnel addressed all our needs efficiently and quickly. They were very professional, but not personable. They are not going to be your "buddy".... More

We've just stayed for a long weekend at this hotel which is situated in the centre of Rome and therefore with all the top sights close by. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was large and airy, the bed was very comfortable, we had a view out to the street and were high enough up not to be... More

As has been said in other reviews, probably not a five star hotel, but who cares when the service and location are as good as this. We arrived after a delayed flight and were keen to catch up on lost time. Check-in was thankfully efficient but thorough and we were in and out in less than twenty minutes. The selling... More

Very pleased we booked this hotel, although it's only just a 4 star in my opinion. Most attractions are within easy walking distance which is a great plus. Our bathroom had a distinct smelly drain aroma ,which we put up with as it didn't become apparent until second day when we'd settled in and it wasn't noticeable when shower was on or door... Booked this hotel through Expedia and were not disapointed. It was right in the middle of most major attractions. Nice twin room on the fourth floor overlooking the main road but quiet with the window closed. OK breakfast but I thought the coffee was poor. Reception service was good and they have a private taxi service for the airport which... More

This hotel was good and the best of it was the location !!! Really priceless, we did not need to take a bus or taxi while we were in Rome. Amazing LOCATION The room was ok, a little small and dark and the bed was small for 2 people and the matress and pillows very hard, very clean on a... More

I had a blast in Rome and this hotel was the perfect place to stay during my trip. Firstly, the location is incredible. The hotel is right around the corner from the Colloseum and the Trevi Fountain and in easy walking distance of all the other tourist attractions in Rome. Definately a walking city we didn't use public transport other... More

After much research and planning to find the right location in Rome ~ I selected the Cosmopolita Hotel. This was a fabulous choice ---- amazing location!!! Right across from the Victor Emmanuel Monument (the "wedding cake") and a very short walk to the colosseum, we were more than thrilled about the location. The breakfast was very good, the staff friendly... More

My sister and I stayed at the Cosmopolita in March. It was more than a 4 star hotel. The room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The location was great and centrally located to everything we wanted to see. The only thing missing was a coffee maker en suite. I would stay there again... More
